This thing is so great. We have three other crock pots, which we haven’t even touched since we bought this thing. It’s great to be able to program what setting you want it on (high for a couple hours) and then it sets to low or warm after. I hated the other ones where there was only one setting to choose from. Our other crock pots had the meats boiling when we came home and they were on LOW. So happy this one doesn’t overcook the meat. I also love that the cover clicks secure to the handles to make for easy transport. It makes soups, bakes chicken, cooks fall-off-the-bone tender meat.. Within a couple weeks I used it three times. The ham literally fell apart and was delicious. I also made a tenderloin pork roast with potatoes and sauerkraut in it for New Year’s. All turned out well. Highly recommend.
